Suggest Treatment For Swollen Clitoris With White Pus In Vagina Of An Infant

My one year old has a swollen clitoris or next to it is swollen. I looked and it had thick, white, pus-like stuff in it. When i would spread her lips apart more, it would come out, but as soon as i was let go, it went back in. I was able to get it out and now its a hole.
