Suggest Treatment For Swollen Clitoris

hi im a women aged 28 and have a problem of swollen clitoris..and burning. i have tried all sorts of creams and antibiotics but ain't working. they became like blisters and very hot.. i dont know what else to do. please help..i dont use tissues i wear cotton pants n unscented staff..
