Suggest Treatment For Swollen Elbow

I have a swallon elbow.on thery tip. Bur sack..it has happen before...it is 2 inches circle slight kees filling up. S..its not painful just fluid I guess..I want to cut it and drain but it just keep so I don t do that. Is there any treatment to do? I go to doctors they drain it and it goes away. But if I bump it s or hit it hard it happens again. It the second time in a years time this had happened...can you help me with some methods if treatments I can do before I have to go back to doctor and charge again and does not cure help or what ever you want to call it
