Suggest Treatment For Swollen Eye Along With White Dots On Eyelid

I woke up this morning with a swollen eye. My eyelid looked really bad. An hour later I noticed 2 little white dots on my upper eyelid. So guess I got bit by something. I applied a little amount of benadryl and i took Ibuprofen because my head start to hurt too. What do you recommend me to do ?
