Suggest Treatment For Swollen Eye And Bruised Head After A Fall

I fell from a 40 feet from a parasail and hit the water full impact with my head . Blacked out and some memory loss . Eyes swollen, side of face and head seems very bruised . No throwing up or blurred vision but head is killing me. Can I fly home from Mexico or will pressure cause a rupture?
