Suggest Treatment For Swollen Eye And Numbness On Nose

Hi, I got punched in the eye 2 days ago and have a swolen eye, and can't breath out of my left nostril( very well) and the left side of my nose is numb and I was worried that i might have a broken cheek bone? But, at the same time I'm thinking it will just take some time for the swelling to go down and stuff for it to return to normal?
