Suggest Treatment For Swollen Eyelids And Redness Of Eyes While Having Blepharitis

I found out last year that i have Blepharitis, I suffer with really swollen eyelids especially in the morning and the right eyelid is more swollen than the left i have been trying many products especially Optrex bloodshot eye drops, due to the redness of my eyes throughout the day could this be irritating my eyes as to why they are still swollen. Advice would be much appreciated.
