Suggest Treatment For Swollen Face With Cyst On It

I have a boil cist on my face which appeared out of no where this morning right under my eye on my cheek , My face was swollen all over, i put some ice on it and it eventually went down , Its now past gp hours and now im vomitting and have bad diarreha and my face is throbbing . Should i Go to hospital to emergency or should i try to get through the night
