Suggest Treatment For Swollen Glands In The Neck

my gland is swollen on right side of throat , at times my nose gets so cold the i will have to cover it to warm it also on that same side i am always constantly clearing my throat , it is never clear. like my ear is clogged and feeling of a lump in the throat stuck
