Suggest Treatment For Swollen Glands On The Neck

Hi there, Around a year ago I went to the doctors for swollen glands in my neck, I went for an ultra sound and they decided not to do a biopsy, however its been a year now, I've had a few check ups since, and the left gland is more noticeably swollen now, it is not painful, I was just wondering the cause to this.
