Suggest Treatment For Swollen Hands And Blood In Urine While Having Fibroid

I have been feeling tired for quite some time. I also have a history of unresolved stomach issues. I began having pelvic pain and blood in my urine, so I went to the doctor and they discovered a decent sized fibroid. Now a month later my exauhstion is getting worse, pain remains and my hands and feet are goin numb alot. Sometimes my hands are very swollen in the morning as well. Can you help?
