Suggest Treatment For Swollen Hands, Brain Fog, Dizziness And Fatigue

I have been struggling with many symptoms that include, but are not limited to: swollen hands & feet, painful burning joints (especially hands, no gripping), brain fog, fatigue, muscle weakness, dizziness to the point that from a laying position, rising to sit up, the extreme dizziness is causing an involuntary seizure that throws me backward to the laying position, then a 30-45 sec. inability to move because of the vertigo. Please help direct me.
