Suggest Treatment For Swollen Infected Injection Site, Hot Flashes And Excessive Sweating

yes none of these diagnoses apply. my friend is a white/metarranian male age 57, he had an injection around christmas time for his knee. the injection site got infected and swollen. lots of pain and he could not walk. now is on antibiotics. he also take meds for high b.p. insulin and maybe others, he is experinecing a lot of stress and pain. he is getting hot flashes and sweats, then is freezing. and feels funny. can you please help?
