Suggest Treatment For Swollen, Inflamed Clitoris And Bumps

I went to the doctor 2 days ago for a yeast infection. I also noticed that my clitorous seemed swollen and a little tender and she said it was because of the yeast infection. I took the diflucan pill and still have no relief of my symptoms and my clitorous seems to be swelling even more and is so tender and painful to touch. I also noticed just yesterday that I have a few small bumps on my vaginal lips. They were not present when I went to the doctor so she did not get to diagnose them...however I read online that yeast infections sometimes can cause small bumps. I am just worried because I've had many yeast infections in the past but never these symptoms with my swollen, inflamed clitorous and bumps. Please tell me what could be wrong?
