Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node In The Neck

I have a little knot behind right ear went to urgent care and she told me that it was a swollen lymph node and that the ones in my neck are too. My collar bone and area close to my armpits are achy as well. The doctor put me on an antibiotic. I called my pcm soonest they can get me in is 5days from now to repeat a cbc which I know my last one said that I am slightly anemic "my pcm told me I have mild persistent anemia". but my head and neck are killing me with pain today will be day 4 of the antibiotic the thing is my lymph nodes hurt really bad and I have no fever none at all my joints hurt especially in my hands what should I do?
