Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node In The Neck

I m a dance teacher. After work a month ago- I got in from work and my whole right side of my neck was swollen. In particular I had a lump over my right lymph node/gland. I went to the doctors and he suggested it might be muscular (not that I did anything that I could recall hurting it) BUT since then this lump hasn t disappeared. I ve seen two different doctors within a month and they say wait to see if the lump goes down- but I m going out of my mind. It s like a permenant lump on my gland. I had blood work done and nothing showed in my bloods? I cant find anything online about what happens with glands during injury- but again I don t think I injured myself?! I am not in pain. Help!
