Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes And Severe Pain

I had a mri about 1 week ago I have not spoke with ordering doc yet but I did speak with a NP at my PCP office whom also received a copy of the mri. I have 2 swollen lymph nods in right auxiliary. It started about 3 months ago with very sore area under same armpit, soreness went away and then severe pain and numbing of whole right arm and hand happened for couple weeks, it got worse while is was sleeping at night, NP put me on Prednisone 40mg for 1 week. The pain subsided but still numbness especially in fingers and still aches
