Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes Behind Ear With Tinnitus

Hi, I got my cartilage pierced in January and my ear healed fine, but about two weeks after I began to have swollen lymph nodes and they went away for about a week or two and then came back and I ve had one ever since then. It has caused inner ear pain and ringing and neck pain that makes my neck feel heavy.
