Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck And Groin

Hi I'm 41 5'7" Anglo decent. I've had a hysterectomy (due to CIN III during last pregnancy - delivery 7/9 by CS). I experience a painfull swelling of the glands in my groin while using my laptop only when it is connected by WIFI. Same issue happens with the glands in my neck whend I spend too much time taling on my iphone.
