Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck

For the past 3 months or so, I have been feeling burning and stinging sensations in my body, namely my limbs, torso, and back. This has been simultaneous with chronic back and neck pain and stiffness. It feels like a lymph node in my neck and pelvis are somewhat swollen, but it's possible they've always been that way. I get twitches in my eyes and other parts of my face, and some occasional dizziness or vertigo. I also feel weak to the point of shakiness. Is it possible that this is just nerve pain from the tightness around my spine? Or is it something more serious, like MS or some type of cancer (not to be dramatic)? I eat a good diet and get plenty of exercise.
