Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck

hi i have swollen glands in the neck chronic fatiuge aches and pains throughout the body that last for about 3-4 days then i feel fine if i take it easy and dont over work my self also when these symptoms occur the acne on my back and arms becomes angry and sore any help would be grateful.
