Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck

I have a swollen lymph gland behind/under my jaw/ear (left side) that seems to be getting worse over the past couple of days. My neck seems a little stiff and I had a zit in the same general area that I popped and scabbed over but I can't tell if it's infected or not or if there is something else causing the swelling? I feel perfectly normal though, no cold or sinus issues.
