Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes On The Neck

My son has had swollen neck lymph nodes since last July (he had bronchitis and pneumonia over the summer). He currently has stabbing leg pain last three days (he is 13 and growing) and feels unwell generally and has "hot flashes a couple hours at a time) He had blood work (normal) one month ago. Has parasites (dientameoba fragilis and tropho....?) Can swollen lymph nodes be "normal" process? Sincerely, Nicole
