Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes Under Armpit

Ever couple pf weeks the lymph nodes under my right armpit swell up. They're painful and very umcomfortable. it hurts to lift my arm or to apply pressure to the swollen area.Then after roughly 5 days they return to normal. What can cause this, and how can I reduce the pain when I get them.
