Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes Under The Chin

I have 2 swollen glands under my chin centrally in my throat and one round the left side of my jaw, have had them for about 2 weeks but they haven't gone down. They aren't painful but they aren't firm or anything like that, I've been to my local GP and they said to give it another 2 weeks, if they haven't gone down ill have tests to find out what it is. She said it didn't seem like anything to worry about as they are the only swollen glands present in my body as she checked everywhere else, my groin and my armpits. I have slight difficulty swallowing but it's not painful to swallow, almost like sort of a mucousy throat. I haven't had a cold or a sore throat or anything like that either.


Any ideas what it could be?
