Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes

Hello, I have a 12mo. old daughter who has what appeared first to be one but now seems to be two swollen little knots on her lower left abdominal right above where her legs would bend at the hips. I wasn't sure if this is cause to worry I thought perhaps it could be swollen lymph nodes but wasn't even sure if there were any there in that region or if it could be something in her reproductive organs going on? she hasn't appeared to be bothered by it or been sick lately and only today has she had a very low grade fever
