Suggest Treatment For Swollen Nodes And Thymectomy

I have many health issues, MG, Hashimoto's. Immune defieciency,Diabetes, and post thymectomy skin leasions that are very painful. IVIG cleared them after 2 years then insurance stopped IVIG.

Lots of swollen nodes. Now sores all over my face. Any suggestions
