Suggest Treatment For Swollen Nodes Under The Jaw

I have swollen nobs on my larynx and under my jaw almost right below where my tongue would be. The larynx has been on there from sometime and I had a goiter on my thyroid at one time but the nobs under my chin/jaw have been recent and have become tender and the side of my jaw and neck have become sore as well. I have felt very fatigued and lack of appetitie
