Suggest Treatment For Swollen Of Lower Lip

Last night, after taking Ecstasy for the first time, and enduring sexual activity for nearly 8 hours, off and on, without the mental ability to stop, ranging from Oral sex to Vaginal sex, my bottom lip of my mount is swollen nearly 3 times the normal size. Its quite numb and cannot feel much sensation with it currently, its now spreading to my eye lids as well. What could be the actual of this be, and what should I do immediately other than apply ice, as I have been?
