Suggest Treatment For Swollen Painful Finger Post Injury

Last Saturday, I was riding and a blackberry bush scraped across my glove on my hand and scrapped across the knuckle of my finger. Then yesterday I notice my finger hurt and was red and swollen. I tried to ee I a piece of thorn was stuck in it.i got 2 small pieces out . The swelling went down then this evening it was all swollen and hurts. Do I need to go see my Dr. Or will this just go away
