Suggest Treatment For Swollen Painful Lumps On Lower Legs Along With Bruise On Foot

thank you! i had a bad fall 3 weeks ago.. my feet went out from under me on the ice and my jaw under my chin slammed on the deck railing on the way down. i was briefly knocked out . i had a cervical scan and no fractures, but my neck was severely pulled. after 2 weeks, my head started to ache a bit one night, and when i woke the next day i felt fully concussed for 2 days and couldn t move my neck or put any weight on the ball of my foot and my lymph nodes felt like marbles i could barely touch the area without extreme pain. just a slight tilt in any direction and my head filled up with painful pressure, advil helped a bit. i also then noticed these bruised swollen painful lumps starting to show on my lower legs, and today i noticed two more smaller lumps forming.. what to do?
