Suggest Treatment For Swollen Patches On Skin With Fever

I m Vicky Sethi from Jaipur, 38 years. i have high neutrophils counts. This starts with irritation on skin and then whole body got swalling and round swollen patches (red coloured) apprear on skin which has acture irritation. This further causes fever and some raise in blood pressure. in normal condition, my blood pressure remains normal. i have taken many medicines but no improvement. it gets finished after 4-5 days of course of medicine. but again comes after 2-3 months. please advice me sir wat to do??
