Suggest Treatment For Swollen Penis Glands And Tight Foreskin

i am 27 years old Indian .My pennis glans are swollen or big at one side.and my foreskin is tight to pull back. and after ejaculation i am feeling bit hard to retract the foreskin back and when it is errected my foreskin is tightened at the end of my dick head. which is causing my dick head to swell and it is bit difficult to retract the skin back to normal which can be done.. Is it normal condition or i am worrying much .
