Suggest Treatment For Swollen Throat And Fever

i am neha my age is 15 year.i am perplex with fever last four days from two days in my throat has swollen due to this i am could not eat anything .i do not feel hunger.i fell chronic pain when i gulp a drop of water or saliva. what medicine i have to take for throat gulp pain and re leave from fever.
