Suggest Treatment For Swollen Throat Causing Difficulty In Swallowing

My throat is really swollen and it hurts to swallow. I wonder which medicine would be the best to treat this symptom. I don t believe I have strep throat, the last time I got checked I didn t but my throat was really sore. Which one, azithromycin or amoxicillan, would be the best treatment?
