Suggest Treatment For Swollen Throat

My throat is swollen. I ve been on antibiotics but they didn t help much. It s a little hard to breathe. I can t get to a doctor or hospital because the roads are iced over. I had a scope done last month and I think that may have something to do with it but the hospital says otherwise.
