Suggest Treatment For Swollen Tongue And Tonsils

my tonsil on right side has white spot on it and my papillae on my tongue is swollen and they are red bumps when i touch them they turn white. My tongue really hurts bad and i feel run down and tired neck and throat glads hurt. First they said i had herpangia pharygitis then i still had pain and bumps when back they said i had thrush and not sure what else but a infection gave me strong antibiotics and said that should work finished antibiotics last friday and tongue is getting worse and is very painfull. What is wrong with me?
