Suggest Treatment For Swollen Vagina And Yeast Infection

About a month ago I got a yeast infection for the first time. The day after I had sex I woke up with a swollen vagina that turned into a yeast infection. Ever since this, everytime I have sex, my vagina gets irritated and feels swollen. My vagina lips also feel almost torn. I never had this problem before, and I've tried getting Ph balanced soap. I don't know if there is something wrong with me but I hope to get solutions. Thank you!
