Suggest Treatment For Swollen Vagina

This question is to do with a swollen vagina. On the left side it is completely swollen and is getting quite uncomfortable. This is the second day its been there. I have had it before as I have an allergy to latex so the next day after I d had sex it was swollen but would go down overnight. This time seems different and I haven t even had sex the past few days so not sure what has caused it. It is so big it is sortof hanging out of my vagina. Should I be worried about this? I m a little nervous to see a doctor so I ve been putting ice on it to try and calm the swelling down.
