Suggest Treatment For Swollen Vein Below Thumb After Injury

i fell in bathroom 3 years ago n got all my body weight on my right hand. since then my palm was paining and my vein on the right palm below thumb is swelled but not that much that i should consult some soctor. i just used to tie a creppe bandage some time whenever it used to pain, but now for the last few months my vein on the right palm below thumb is swelled alot and also pumps continuously day and night which pains a lot and doesnt even allow me to do my daily work like driving, eating, brushing teeth etc.
pls help me out in this and suggest me the best way out.
