Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Indicating Final Stage Of Glioblastoma Multiforme

Can you please help my family and I by explaining some of the symptoms of the final stages of Glioblastoma Multiforme. We are shocked my grandmother is still holding on. We and hospice are caring for her. She has been able to speak only few words for 3 weeks, had some type of urinary infection that is gone but has a lot of sediment. Eating only soft food hardly drinking has thrush and has soars on her mouth and nose, but those have healed some. She is on morphine, an anti seizure medication and lorazapam. Are we prolonging her death by giving her the anti seizure medication?
