Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Acute Pericarditis

I have an auto immune disease. As of Saturday I started having symptoms of acute pericarditis. I have chronic inflammation issues, but this is the first time these symptoms have arose with no correlating cold or flu. I have had pericarditis before, but only after a severe flare from a bronchial infection. 1.) what should I do? 2.) Is it safe for me to do physical activities such as swimming or moderate exercise?
