Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Depression

Hi, I am 28 years old man, today only diagnosed FBS 360 mg/dl and PPBS 510 mg/dl and FUS and PPUS 2% . I am so worried whether it affects my normal functioning of the body,whether it affects my current job, I am unmarried too, so totally feeling like end of my life. Feeling no hopes for future. What I have to do now?
