Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Empty Nose Syndrome

when i was 15 year old i was in jail and a prison guard told me to the doctor will not give me medicine for my sinus congestion so the guar d told me to snort water and table salt up m y nose which i did for one yer while i was there now i have all the symptoms of empty nose syndrome

its been about 30 years since i snorted the water and salt in my nose i guess the salt ate away at my turbinates
