Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Sophophobia

I m not in present...I don t know what to do....I have a phobia in study....every time I sitted to study I feel....nothing....my brain is not in present....please help me....getting voices but not able to understand....not get focused on study....only images revolves around me....not able to take decision....
