Suggest Treatment For Tail Bone Injury

I fell down the stairs landed on my tail bone. My neck down to my shoulders are sore and burning. I hardly have any range of motion. I am getting stabbing randomly down my spine. I have spinal stenosis already and in my lower spine and degenerative disk disease in the lower and upper spine. Should I go see my Doc or will this go away in time?
