Suggest Treatment For Tailbone And Hip Flexor Pain After Spine Fusion

Hello today my fiance fell down some stairs on her butt. She last year had a spine fusion and after she went down she has been complaining that the area near her tailbone and hip flexor has been hurting. I need to help her up when she is sitting or laying down. Curious to know if she should go to the hospital?
