Suggest Treatment For Tear In Foreskin Of Penis

erm, Snapped my banjo string on my penis about 5 days ago, No pain anymore just a bit raw where it was snapped.. Isnt completely snapped, just torn at the very top where its connected to my bell.. but when i roll my foreskin back the bit where it was torn is just hanging there and not rejoining back to where it was?. will it rejoin?
