Suggest Treatment For Tear In Glans That Bleeds After Sex

I am a 65 year old and several years ago I suffered a small tear on the glans which still weeps. Recently after intercourse the area concerned bled for a short while. The skin on the glans seems very thin. Is there any treatment for this. I am a mild asthmatic and take a budesonide inhaler regularly.
