Suggest Treatment For Tender Bruised Lump Near Clitoris

I have a lump on the right side of my clitoral hood. It s tender and feels bruised. It s under skin about the size of a grape. it doesn t look like an ingrown hair, it doesn t have a head on it. No discharge. It s a little swollen and I m kinda freaking out. I know that if you feel a lump on your breats you should be worried and I m hoping its not the same thing. What is it and how do I get rid of it? Please help.
